This "Authentic Ham and Cheese sandwich", is 100% homemade! Enjoy our French version of your usual grilled-cheese sandwich, with our award-winning Parisian Style Ham, homemade Pain de mie, Béchamel, Swiss cheese, and Parmesan.

Our savory pastries need to be reheated in an oven, on a baking sheet, for 20-25 min at 350 F. Best if used within three days. Our products are made in a kitchen that uses milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and/or seafood.

Ingredients
House-made Pain de Mie (organic flour, milk, water, oil, sugar, salt, yeast), house-cured ham, béchamel (organic milk, organic flour, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg), Swiss cheese, Parmesan.
