Chicken Liver Mousse

Seasoned with a vegetable infused milk that enhances its smooth creamy texture, light as a cloud, just spread it generously on a slice of baguette and enjoy with a glass of white wine.

Mousse is best served at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening, best if used within seven days. Our products are made in a kitchen that uses milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and/or seafood.

Ingredients
Pork, chicken liver, organic infused milk (milk, leek, onion, carrots, celery, orange zest, cream), organic eggs, cream, organic onions, salt, duck fat, sugar, spices, sodium nitrite.
