Merguez

One of our favorite sausages, inspired by North African cuisine and used in the traditional Couscous, saucisse Merguez is made with all-natural locally raised lamb and spiced with harissa and fennel! They make delicious traditional meals such as Cassoulet & Couscous.

Merguez are sold raw, frozen, and will need to be cooked before serving. Refrigerate after opening, best if used within three days. Our products are made in a kitchen that uses milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and/or seafood

Ingredients
Organic lamb, beef fat, salt, paprika, harissa, olive oil, smoked paprika, pepper, garlic, sheep casing, dried herbs, spices.
