Toulouse

This is the perfect sausage to make a delicious Cassoulet with white beans. Coarsely ground pork seasoned with garlic and fresh cracked black pepper, it is also a great addition to your barbecue plate.

Toulouse are sold raw, frozen, and will need to be cooked before serving. Refrigerate after opening, best if used within three days. Our products are made in a kitchen that uses milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and/or seafood.
